New Tool

Wow we sure learned about a bunch of cool new online tools and software during the session of the online conference. The details are explain in Moodle-Week 12, but in a nutshell, pick one, create a project (topic-technology or science), post it here and reflect on your experience. Don't forget to give the name of the tool and the link to the actual website where you can locate the tool. Somebody else may what to try it!!!

I really enjoyed toondoo. We used it in another class and everyone in the class seemed to enjoy it. I think students would really enjoy this tool in the classroom. I would allow the students to use it in projects or just for fun. As long as they kept it appropriate.

Like many others, I chose www.toondoo.com because I think students would love it. It would get them interested and have fun working!

My favorite is toondoon! My neice and I made it and she did most of the work. She is 4 and that is where i would like to teach at and i know if she can understand it then others will. It is fun and easy for the kids. They can do it with solar system or states there is all kinds of things they could use. the best part was the wide variety of graphics that you could use.

Like a majority of my fellow classmates I chose to do ToonDoo also, I just love what you can do with it. I made a cartoon about the frustrations of junk mail and I think it turned out pretty awesome...I think that this could be a great classroom tool, they could make cartoons about history, social studies, math, language arts...pretty much anything. Its also cool because they get to use their imaginations. I published my in the public gallery at www.toondoo.com.
