Was catching up a few K12 Online Conference sessions and found a coll link off Bob Sprankle's site. It is a free survey tool. So this is a very small first attempt. Please answer the two questions so I can give it a true test. Just click on the link below and it will take you to the survey. http://fo.reca.st/surveys/feedback?sid=i70ab93g&fullPage=true&a...

Cool tool. I'll follow the thread for your reactions. I've put in it delicious to come back to.
Have you tried SurveyMonkey? It lets you create up to 10 questions for free. I've used it with my fifth to eighth graders to find out what they liked in computer class last year and what tools they used online over the summer back in September. I used it again this month as I was closing up research with seventh and eighth graders on a copyright, plagiarism, and fair use wiki. They took the survey and then we immediately viewed and discussed the results online.
I copied a survey if you want to see what a Survey Monkey survey looks like. My friend's daughter is at Oberlin. She says they use the same tool to see how the students feel about dorm life, food, etc. The results look great too. I can send you an image of the results if you want.
Yes, I have used SurveyMonkey and even Zoomarang. Like both. The simple nature of this tool is what caught my attention and the fact that is was designed specifically for use with Web 2.0 sites and blogs. I love having choices!!!
It will not let me get to that link. It says page can not be displayed. I have tried it three times now. I have never heard of survey monkey or zoomerang. That would be a great idea to use for my pre and post test for my student teaching thematic unit.
This IS a cool tool! Such fun! My head is swimming with ways I might use it. It is really easy . . . I love easy and free! This one made my bookmarks right away. If only I had the time to play with it more! Thanks again for all the cool stuff!
I thought this was a neat site. I agree with Betty, I like things that are fun and free. I think we have found a lot a neat stuff to work with that is free for educators. This is just another one that I will have to bookmark and remember.
This survey tool is great. I toook the survey for this class and looked at others people had on their websites. However when I went to create a survey for my website it would not let me generate a question. Every time I pushed add question it locked up the site on me. I tried this from different computers and the same thing. I don't know what happened.
